Danny was an extraordinary son, brother, grandson and friend. He is our hero; the ultimate warrior. On November 3, 2007 Danny passed away after a relentless fifteen month battle with advanced testicular cancer. He was 20 years old. Every single day Danny will continue to touch the lives and enrich the souls of the people whom he cared about and who care about him. He was a source of strength and hope to all who knew him. He made us laugh and think and he made us better people because he was a part of our lives. He made us feel special. He brought us immeasurable happiness. Danny taught us about unconditional love. He was a peace-nik; a free spirit. He will continue each day to teach us what it means to LOVEstrong and LIVEstrong and FIGHTstrong.

You could search the ends of the earth and never find a  human being more unflinchingly courageous and tirelessly determined; someone with his inner strength and incomparable character; someone with the ability to touch the lives of so many in such a distinct and meaningful manner; someone with the equally immense desire to improve upon himself as a human being and improve the world around him; someone who makes others-- his family or a million strangers, a million times, feel so special, so worthy, so essential to the balance of the universe; someone more real, more hopeful, more inspiring; someone with a greater understanding and abundance of unconditional love and loyalty; someone with a more charming smile and trusting soul; someone with more heart and more chutzpah; someone with more life and more truth than our Danny.

We love Danny so very much. We love him every moment for all time. Honor Danny every day. Think of him; talk to him. Remember his light. Danny is with us, in our hearts, on our minds, a part of our lives. He is ingrained in the people who he loves. Danny is smiling down on us. He is watching over us. He will always be with us.
